We’re seeing that the younger generation, especially gen Z and Millennials appear to have a closer bond to nature and the new trend named Goblincore greatly illustrates this shift.
It’s an evolution of the ‘cottagecore’ trend Popularized by TikTok, and other social media platforms, it was developed around the notions of gardening. It is also dubbed mushroomcore and mosscore – and is a less glamorous version: clothes are filled with mushrooms and toads, frogs and snails prints, accessories are designed in slugs shapes.
