Nordstrom has made major merchandise team adjustments. The most notable change is Debbi Hartley–Triesch, a former Northwest regional manager who has been with Nordstrom for 30 years, was promoted to general merchandise manager for beauty and accessories. Gemma Lionello will be succeeding her in the Northeast regional manager position at Nordstrom Rack and Nordstrom Rack stores.
Lionello is moving to Washington, D.C. after her husband received a new job opportunity. Pari Sanayei will expand her role to include the Northwest. She is currently Nordstrom’s Northeast regional manger.
Nordstrom has seen a serious of major executive changes lately, including naming Farrell Redwine their new chief human resources officer, and Alix Box their senior vice president and regional manager of Nordstrom Canada. Erik Nordstrom was appointed sole CEO in March last year.
