Ross Stores, Inc. reported that earnings per share increased 22 percent to 1.39 USD on net income of 494,000,000 dollars for the second quarter. This is compared to the 1.14 dollar per share for net earnings of 413 millions dollars in the 13 weeks ending August 3, 2019.

Sales rose 21 percent to 4.8 billion dollars, with comparable store sales up 15 percent. The first half of 2021 saw sales rise 20 percent to 9.3 Billion dollars. Comparable store sales rose 14 percent.
