Shoppers are increasingly turning to leather-like and quilted fabrics for their outerwear. As the pandemic continues to grip, many are opting for longer, more practical winter coats.
Checkerboard Print Jacket
Blame Queen’s Gambit and our renewed obsession with chess for the reason this fashion trend is back. While the Stand Studio Nino faux fur coat, the style that has been all over Instagram (pictured here), is currently mostly sold out – at the time of publishing, Bergdorf Goodman has one size left- there are other outerwear iterations of the trend.
You don’t have to wear a faux fur checkerboard jacket in full length if you are not comfortable with the style. The print is also available in a casual fleece or short jacket.
Printed faux fur jacket
The biggest outerwear winter trend, the faux fur jacket, is also one of the most fun. These jackets can be printed in a variety of prints, including floral, tropical, and animal. They instantly make a statement in any cold-weather outfit.
These jackets are available from Farm Rio. These puffers, which are a print-heavy and happy brand from Brazil, are adored by Instagram’s most fashionable. Styles from the much-anticipated The North Face x Gucci collaboration will likely pop up on street style’s finest in the next month, too.
Shearling Coat
Shearling is the warmest coat on our list. It’s now available in affordable and vegan options. The popular shearling biker jacket silhouette is being replaced by a longer, more knee-length hemline. Coat with quilted design
