British retailer Marks and Spencer launched its autumn/winter campaign “Anything but Ordinary” as part of its goal to refresh its image and reach new customers.

The retailer also introduced a new collection that includes seasonal and staple styles. Marks and Spencer praised a selection of sweats in bold colors that are priced at reasonable prices. This collection is part of the brand’s strategy that focuses on style and trust.

It will continue to house a large selection of its ‘heroes’ collection, which includes a wide range of knitwear and denim as well as footwear and coats. These are all popular categories in the retailer’s inventory.

This campaign will run across a variety of media channels including TikTok. It is the brand’s largest clothing marketing push in nearly two years. The retailer is continuing to emphasize its commitment to sustainable sourcing materials and stated that its clothing this season will be made with more eco-conscious cotton.

Richard Price, merchandise director, stated that Marks and Spencer is reshaping its future with products that are relevant to how customers live and work. He said, “We’re changing the future of Marks and Spencer clothing” in a press release. We are confident in our stylish product, with big purchases, especially within our hero category. We will continue to listen and learn from our customers about our ranges.

Marks and Spencer’s online presence has been updated to reflect this new strategy. The Edit range now includes the most fashionable items and there is a button that allows you to shop curated looks. The company is also optimizing customer and influencer photos online. They now encourage buyers to use the hashtag #MyMarks for sharing their purchases.

The stores have been designed with coordinated zones and new stands.

The retailer launched ‘Anything but Ordinary’ and continued its ‘Sparks Live ‘digital series. Holly Willoughby hosted a virtual styling session through its website. The stream was linked to the retailer’s new collection and featured styling tips, outfit ideas, and chances to win prizes.
