After a complete redesign at Avenue Montaigne 2, the boutique for women’s wear in Paris by Giorgio Armani, it has been relocated to Avenue Montaigne 18 and now houses the Giorgio Armani men’s clothing line.
The boutique’s new womenswear section spans 5 489 square feet and is spread over two floors. The ground floor features Armani beauty, Armani clothing, and eyewear collections.
Eveningwear, shoes, and jewellery can be found on the first floor. A private reception area is also available.
The boutique’s exterior and interior have been created to preserve the original structure’s heritage. The historic building dates back to the early 1900s. Luxury label collaborated with architects to create a route that “winds its way fluidly through each of the different rooms,” which are distinct in their colours.
This concept is also meant to provide a luxurious and warm environment that contrasts with the Armani’s simplicity and sophistication. For example, tables that highlight the central areas of the rooms with platinum-coloured metal frames, details that match the different room tones, and Armani/Casa lights.
Giorgio Armani adds that the store has a strong focus on sustainability. The floors were made using precious marble recovered from closed shops or from the boutique which used to be here in Paris.
